A V8 or a Shelby needs strong cranking current, most of all on a hot afternoon after hours baking in the sun. Aftermarket audio and lighting add load, and some of it keeps drawing a little current with the ignition off. We find out what has been fitted since, check for drain, and size the replacement for the car in its current state rather than its showroom one.
