How the operation is organised
Rather than a workshop with a waiting area, we are a dispatch service. Vans are stationed around the city through the day and moved as calls build up, which is why a 20-30 minute average arrival is something we achieve, not merely hope for. Every van holds testing kit, stock for the makes that come up most often, and equipment for jumpstarts, tyres, fuel and recovery, so most callouts end on site with no tow needed. We cover Dubai and the emirates next to it 24 hours a day, every day of the year, public holidays included.
Who arrives at your car
We number roughly fifty: technicians out on the road, dispatchers who choose which van goes to which call, and a customer care desk. Our technicians learn the full spread of vehicles Dubai actually puts in front of them, from everyday runabouts and delivery vans to German executive saloons fitted with start-stop and hybrids that carry a second, auxiliary battery. Their training never stops, because the wiring in a current car is not what our earliest recruits learned on. Each one carries ID and follows one shared procedure, so the service you get is the same whichever van shows up.
The standards we keep
There are four, in this order. First comes safety, both yours and our own, so a technician will not work in a moving lane of traffic and will shift the car out of it first. Second is honesty: we diagnose before we swap anything, and when the fault lies with the alternator or the starter and not the battery we tell you, although that earns us less. Third is speed, since nobody who calls us is having a good day. Fourth is a clear paper trail: what we found, what we fitted and what you paid, recorded and given to you.
