Website Disclaimer

Last updated: 24 September 2026.

To help UAE drivers understand what their vehicles require, Mobile Car Battery Replacement puts out guides, specifications and side-by-side comparisons. Below we set out the purpose of that material and the things it is not meant to do.

This disclaimer concerns published information only. The warranty on our work is untouched by it, as are the protections you hold under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection; our terms and conditions deal with both.

1. Background Information, Not Advice for Your Car

What our articles describe is the typical case. Model year, trim level, the market a car was built for and any earlier electrical changes all make a difference, so two vehicles carrying the same badge may need different specifications.

Read this content as context rather than as the specification for your own car. Confirmation you can rely on comes only from a technician inspecting the vehicle in person, and that inspection is precisely what our technicians carry out before anything is fitted.

2. Whether It Is Right and Up to Date

We work hard to make this content correct and we amend it whenever an error comes to light. Still, makers revise their specifications, product lines are updated, and an article that was right on the day it was published can fall behind. We give no warranty that the site is complete or up to date at the time you are reading it.

Should anything appear mistaken, let us know via our contact page. Correcting it matters more to us than leaving it in place.

3. Prices and Stock

Prices on this site are a guide only. They move, and they turn on the specification your car needs, the brand you pick and what is in stock. What you pay is the figure agreed before the job starts, and we agree it with you before sending out a technician, not once the work is done.

Coverage and stock levels change as well. A brand mentioned on these pages may not be on hand for every vehicle at all times.

4. How Quickly We Arrive

The arrival times this site quotes are typical figures taken across routine jobs, not a guarantee forming part of any contract. Traffic, the weather, restricted access and busy periods all influence how soon a technician gets to you, and we let you know if we are delayed.

5. Stay Away From Work That Is Not Safe

A number of our guides set out checks a driver can make without danger. Even so, a car's electrical system holds a great deal of energy, a battery holds corrosive acid and may give off flammable gas, and a wrong connection can harm the electronics in a modern car.

Any work you decide to do on your own car is done at your own risk. No part of this site tells you to try a task you lack the equipment or training for, and none of our articles takes the place of a qualified technician. When in doubt, stop and phone for help.

6. Reviews and Star Ratings

The ratings and reviews displayed here reflect what happened to the customers who wrote them. Each one concerns a single job, and none promises that your job will turn out identically. Overall ratings shift over time as further reviews come in.

7. Trade Marks and Names of Brands

Carmakers' names, the names of their models and their logos are shown here so we can identify the cars we work on and the products we provide. Ownership of them stays with the companies they belong to.

We use them only to describe. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, their presence does not suggest that we are an authorised dealer, agent or franchisee of any carmaker, nor that any carmaker endorses our business.

8. Sites Run by Others

Any outbound link is there because the page it leads to seemed helpful when we included it. Those sites are outside our control, and we bear no responsibility for what they publish, how accurate it is or how they handle privacy. Linking to a site does not mean we endorse it.

9. Matters This Page Leaves Alone

We spell this out, since disclaimers are frequently drafted to suggest the reverse:

  • The manufacturer's warranty on any part we supply is not restricted by it
  • Our duty under UAE consumer law to deliver a service without defects, or to remedy it when we fall short, is not restricted by it
  • Liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, for fraud, or for anything else UAE law forbids excluding is not excluded by it

In any case, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 would make any such attempt void. The extent of our responsibility is laid out in our terms and conditions.

10. Applicable Law

The federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai govern this disclaimer, and any dispute that arises out of it falls within the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
