Nearly every grievance about roadside work traces back to three problems: a price that moved, a part nobody needed, or no one to return to later. The rules below stop all three, and they apply whoever the technician is.
The rules we work to, and what you can hold us to
- 01Diagnosis always comes before replacement. When the fault sits in the alternator, the starter or the wiring, we say so, even if selling a battery would have been simpler.
- 02We settle the price in Dirhams before we begin, and it covers bringing the part to you, fitting it and the warranty. If more work is needed, we pause and quote for it instead of adding it on.
- 03Diagnosis carries no call-out fee if we then do the job, and you owe nothing when we are unable to finish the work.
- 04Each job is documented: an invoice whenever you ask for one, plus the warranty on the part fitted, running 12, 18 or 24 months according to brand and model.
- 05When something goes wrong, there is a route to take. Our preference is to come back and fix it, and if we fail to, UAE consumer law offers you remedies beyond us.
- 06We take the old battery away free and send it for licensed recycling rather than dumping it.
