A Tuned Car Needs the Base Specification, Not a Guess
The Bottrop tuning house takes Mercedes G-Class, S-Class and AMG models and rebuilds them with more power and more equipment. The 12-volt system underneath is still the one Mercedes designed, which means the replacement has to match that specification in size, capacity and technology. On models with an auxiliary battery, both units are tested, because a weak backup can trigger the same warnings as a weak main battery.
